MODIFIED PHASE II WATER RESTRICTIONS

EFFECTIVE APRIL 18, 2008

Commercial uses include condominium and Homeowner Associations (HOA), small businesses and local governments.

For entities more than 5 acres that irrigate both odd and even addresses, lawn watering is permitted from midnight to 10 a.m. AND from 4:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Thursdays & Sundays to cycle through all irrigation zones.

Single family residences and properties with less than five acres-

Odd street addresses may irrigate lawns and landscapes on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.

Even street addresses may irrigate lawns and landscapes on Thursdays and Sundays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.

Permitted uses are:

Hand-watering 10 minutes per day for landscape stress relief using an automatic shut-off nozzle on the hose
Car washing
Boat washing
Low-volume irrigation, including drip and microjet systems that apply water directly to root zones is not restricted but should be voluntarily reduced.
