PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF HYPOLUXO GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION

The Town of Hypoluxo will hold a General Municipal Election on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, for the purpose of electing two (2) members to the Town Council each for a three­ year term and electing the Mayor for a three-year term.

Candidates may qualify for the election during normal business hours from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM, on Friday, December 1, 2023, through Monday, December 11, 2023.

Voter registration books for the General Municipal Election close on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 5:00 P.M.

All Hypoluxo registered voters (Precincts 4008 and 7176) will vote at the Hypoluxo Town Hall, 7580 S. Federal Highway, Hypoluxo, Florida.

A Run-Off Election, if necessary, will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

ELECCIONES MUNICIPALES GENERALES

El Pueblo de Hypoluxo celebrara Elecciones Generales Municipales el dfa Martes 19 de marzo de 2024, con el prop6sito de elegir:

Dos (2) miembros al Ayuntamiento cada uno por un perfodo de tres afios y eligiendo al alcalde por un periodo de tres afios.

Los candidatos pueden calificar para las elecciones durante el horario comercial normal. desde las 9:00 a. m. hasta las 4:00 p. m., el viernes 1 de diciembre de 2023, hasta lunes 11 de diciembre de 2023. Cierran los libros de registro de electores para las Elecciones Generales Municipales el martes 20 de febrero de 2024 a las 17:00 horas.

Todos los votantes registrados en Hypoluxo (Precintos 4008 y 7176) votaran en el Ayuntamiento de Hypoluxo, 7580 S. Federal Highway, Hypoluxo, Florida. Si es necesario, se llevara a cabo una Segunda Vuelta el martes 2 de abril, 2024.
