REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

he Town of Hypoluxo will be receiving sealed proposals to provide Building Department and Related Services. Sealed proposals (one original and five copies) will be received by the Town at 7580 South Federal Highway, Hypoluxo, Florida 33462 until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2024. Any proposals received after the time specified will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the Proposer. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Council Chambers. The Request for Proposals is open to inspection and may be obtained at Town Hall, 7580 South Federal Highway, Hypoluxo, Florida 33462 or on the Town’s website: www.hypoluxo.org. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of proposals except as otherwise provided in the Instructions to Proposers and Terms and Conditions. The Town of Hypoluxo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be made to the most responsive Proposer whose proposal is determined by the Town, in its sole discretion, to be most advantageous.
